The Gaydon B&B in Lytham St Annes is a welcoming and friendly place to stay. The hosts, Keith and Kate, are knowledgeable and attentive. The property is clean and comfortable, with lovely sea views from the rooms. The breakfast is delicious and offers a great variety of options. There is plenty of on-street parking available. a lovely B&B experience.

The hotel had a perfect location, very close to the beach and just a short walk to the sea front and the shops in Lytham St Annes. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from, and I especially loved the cooked mushrooms. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything I needed, including a fan for the summer and a hot water bottle for the winter.
Can't fault anything about it.

Overall I liked that small hotel. The staff were all welcoming, and the room was tidy. The location was fab for walking around Beach Huts. There was a good restaurant at a medium distance from the property. Exceptional and outstanding full English breakfast.

I recently had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and had everything I needed, including a very comfortable bed. The attention to detail was impressive, with lovely decor and the added touch of a glass of sherry waiting for me. The breakfast was delightful, with a variety of options to choose from, including fresh muffins that were simply amazing. The hotel's location was also perfect, just a short walk to the promenade and all the amenities. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Honestly, I couldn't fault a thing. Everything was spot on and exceeded my expectations.
